These cards are designed for corporate customers of Road
Runners Gatwick Ltd as well as account customers who wish to
open up an account with the company. In order to be accepted
for an account card you will have to ring the main office on
01737 760076 and speak to the management who will take you
through the application process and make sure you meet all the
criteria to become an account Loyalty Card holder. |

These cards are designed for customers who would like to put
money on the card before going out so they know they dont have
to worry about how much they spend as they already have money
for a taxi home. This type of card is very useful for parents who
can pre-load the card then give it their children so they won’t be
stranded with no cash and no way of getting home. |

These cards work the same way as a Pre-Pay card. They very
useful for people that get taxis home after a night out. If you
have this card in your wallet and run out of money then there is
no issue as long as you have money on the card you can pay for
your taxi fare or use it as a part payment towards your fare. |

These cards are for regular customers who have been using the
company for over a certain period of time. If you would like to
apply for this card please ring the office on 01737 760076 and a
member of the managment team with go through the application
form with you to determine if you meet the criteria to qualify for
this card. This card entitles you to great offers including higher
priority on bookings. |

Gatwick Airport
This scheme is for Airport staff only. In order to qualify for this
scheme you must present us with your valid airport pass. This
will than entitle you to receive 10% off all your taxis going to the
airport. The 10% off only applies to airport journeys and can’t be
used for any other journey regardless of the amount of the fare.
If you work at Gatwick airport and would like any extra information
please give us a call at the main office on 01737 760076 and speak
to the management who will answer any questions you might have.

All Round Town
This scheme is for loyalty customers only. The benefits of this
scheme are that everytime you use the taxi your card gets topped
up with 20p and you recieve a higher priority on every booking.
Remember your loyalty card must be presented to the driver before
every journey inorder to recieve your rewards. |

At the end of your journey, just present the taxi driver with your
Loyalty Card who will swipe the card in the data terminal. You
will be required to enter your unique pin to verify that you are the
registered card holder. The fare will be deducted from your card
instantly and you can ask the taxi driver for your balance. You can
also make a part payment using your card and pay the rest in cash.
If you experience any problems paying your fare using your Loyalty
Card just get your taxi driver to contact the office and the problem
will be dealt with immediately. |

You can top-up your Loyalty Cards on the phone using a debit
card (there is no extra charge for using debit cards). To do this
just phone the main office on 01737 760076 between 9am - 5pm
Monday to Friday.
Alternately you can top-up using cash. To do this just visit the main
office in Redhill (16-18 Station Road, Redhill, RH1 1NZ) between
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and ask for a Loyalty Card top-up. |
