FULLY LICENSED For easy recognition our fully licensed drivers wear RoadRunners uniforms. All of our drivers are fully licensed by Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, they have all taken a ‘knowledge test’ set by the council and they have all been subject to an Enhanced Criminal Records check.
